BVLGARI CELEBRATES THE GRAND FINALE OF THE SERPENTI FACTORY AT THE GENESIS ART GALLERY IN BEJING
High Jeweler Bvlgari launched the global artistic initiative “Serpenti Factory” to honor its legendary eponymous design. The two-year long journey travelled all over the world to showcase and display numerous artworks related to the reptilian jewelry finally landed at the Genesis Art Gallery in Beijing for the opening ceremony of the Serpenti Infinite Tales exhibition. This final exhibition is the largest Serpenti Factory to ever exist, counting the highest participation of local and international artists.
Gathering a wide range of unpublished works as well as significants artworks from the previous international stages, the exhibition highlights the centenary bond between the figure of the snake and the world of art, between inspiration and representation, bridging past and present. The East and the West meet through the multifaceted nature of the timeless sign. About 300 international guests took part in the exhibition’s inaugural ceremony, with Bvlgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin, Bvlgari Global Brand Ambassador Yifei Liu and Ambassador of Italy to the People’s Republic of China Massimo Ambrosetti. An exclusive preview of the exhibition was offered to the attendees, that got to stroll around its five different thematic chapter in the sumptuous building designed by visionary Japanese architect Tadao Ando. The Serpenti Infinite Tales exhibition will take place from July 19th to August 18th at the Genesis Art Gallery in Beijing.
