Jean Carlo, better known as Jashlem, is a famous model and content creator who stands out on the internet for his videos and style. Since starting his career on YouTube, he has managed to position himself as one of the most important content creators in Latin America, thus managing to reach Fashion Week in the European Union and collaborating with globally recognized brands.
What inspired you to start your career on YouTube, and how did you transition to TikTok?
I was inspired to start my career on YouTube because of my passion for fashion and creativity. I love creating content and sharing my ideas with others. When TikTok emerged, I saw an opportunity to reach a broader and more diverse audience, so I decided to make the transition.
How do you come up with ideas for your videos, and what is your creative process like?
I am inspired by current trends, music, art, and architecture. My creative process involves brainstorming, planning, and experimentation. I like to try new things and see what works.

How would you describe your personal style, and what influences your fashion choices?
My personal style is eclectic and bold. I am influenced by fashion trends, but I also like to add my own personal touch. I enjoy experimenting with different styles to see what works for me.
What was it like to be invited to Fashion Weeks, and can you share with us a particular moment that left a memorable mark on you?
Being invited to Fashion Week was a dream come true. A memorable moment was when I had fashion icons up close and was able to learn from them.

Can you share some of your favorite collaborations with fashion brands, and what made them special?
I enjoyed collaborating with brands that share my values and aesthetics. A special collaboration was with DSQUARED2, which allowed me to open up and learn more about this world.
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced as a content creator, and how have you overcome them?
The biggest challenges I have faced are competition and the constant pressure to create content. I have overcome them by focusing on my passion and being authentic.
How do you stay connected with your audience, and what do you think sets you apart from other content creators?
I stay connected with my audience through social media and live events. I think what sets me apart is my authenticity and my willingness to experiment and try new things.

What are your goals for the future, both in terms of content creation and your modeling career?
My goals for the future are to continue creating innovative content and continue modeling for brands that I like. I also want to explore opportunities in television and film.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to follow in your footsteps and become a successful content creator?
My advice to someone who wants to follow in my footsteps is to be authentic, work hard, and don't be afraid to try new things.
How has your journey as a model and content creator impacted your personal life, and what have you learned about yourself along the way?
My journey as a model and content creator has taught me to be more self-assured and confident in my abilities. It has also taught me how to handle stress and pressure.
