ARK/8 UNVEILS NOSTALGIC HOMAGE TO 90’S GAMING ERA

The creative intersections of gaming, fashion and entertainment continue to be reinvented by the innovative lifestyle and culture brand, ARK/8, with their latest announcement to collaborate with Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. This exclusive capsule collection draws our attention to current fashion trends with the game’s heritage early 90’s theme; tapping into the nostalgic memories of millions of Call of Duty fans. 

 
 

ARK/8’s collection purposefully captures the spirit of the Black Ops 6 aesthetic by blending signature camo, urban landscapes, redacted covert mission files, and vibrant colourways from 90’s gaming culture. In this collaboration, the collection will create 11 modern streetwear designs - ranging from ARK/8’s signature graphic tees and oversized hoodies to vintage inspired accessories. The capsule collection pays tribute to the undeniable link between the Black Ops franchise and the cultural era that has moulded the gaming world we see today; resonating with gamers, creatives and trendsetters alike.

The collaboration campaign will showcase striking visual narratives with a reminiscent energy of 90’s cosmetic setup. ARK/8’s Creative Director, Dimitri van Eetvelde, recognises Call of Duty as a hallmark game which chapped many of us grew up - returning us back to this iconic period. By stitching this collection with the game’s dynamic world, it evokes a distinct sense of sentimentality for fans who first experienced the franchise. ARK/8 aims to bridge the gap between our real-world experiences and this virtual one by offering the exclusive downloading of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
