L’OUI LAUNCHES ITS INNOVATIVE PETIT PRO COCKTAIL MACHINE
words by SONNY NGO
At our 10th issue launch party with Loewe, back in May, L’OUI, a pioneering brand in the cocktail industry, aided us in serving our guests with delicious drinks. Recently, they launched a new innovation in this landscape with a self-sufficient cocktail machine: the Petit Pro. Based on the earlier Grand Pro, this compact machine offers similar high-quality drinks in a more pragmatic format, ideal for entrepreneurs in the hospitality sector aiming to combine efficiency with calibre standards.
Focused on making the lives of bartenders a little bit easier, the machine can serve up to 90 cock- and mocktails an hour, and does so while maintaining the drink’s quality. It graces the bartenders with more time to concentrate on other tasks, such as entertaining guests or dancing to the ever-present music that is guaranteed to play at gatherings or parties. Indeed, the greatest benefits of the Petit Pro is perhaps its ability to save time and relief pressure of the shoulders of the servers. Precious time that can be spent elsewhere — because despite the employees being on the clock, some time off to enjoy the lively surroundings and really take in the feel of the party is always appreciated.
In collaboration with The Stillery in Amsterdam, L’OUI offers a wide palette of drinks. From the tasteful Pornstar Martini to the beloved Piña Colada, each drink is carefully crafted and delicately transformed into can-size for the machine. Almost as if mirroring a Nespresso machine, the simple touch of a button concocts a perfect beverage.
This creative mindset and innovation-like drive behind the L’OUI brand is exactly what aligns with us at Numéro Netherlands. It must come to no surprise then that we partnered with them for our 10th issue launch party in May. Sophistication and class are two words that just scream, or rather demurely whisper, cocktail. There is something so elegant about holding a glass relished by Cosmopolitan or Mojito flavours, and with our previous partnership with luxury house Loewe, the joint effort seemed most logical. The new Petit Pro development will surely offer a novel spin to the cocktail scene and the extra time it will save bartenders means that our guests will be even quicker to hit the dance floor.
Brands interested in trying out the machine can request a demo through the L’OUI website, here.
