LOUIS VUITTON BECOMES OFFICIAL PARTNER OF FORMULA 1®

Louis Vuitton becomes Official Partner of Formula1®, and Title Partner of the Formula1® Louis Vuitton Australian Grand Prix 2025 in Melbourne

Louis Vuitton is proud to join Formula 1® as an Official Partner in a landmark 10-year collaboration, placing the House at the heart of the world’s most prestigious motorsport. As Formula 1® celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2025, Louis Vuitton will be present at the most iconic races, reinforcing its legacy of excellence and innovation.

This partnership is part of LVMH’s new, broader Global Partnership with Formula 1®, first announced in October 2024. Both Louis Vuitton and Formula 1® share a relentless pursuit of progress, constantly pushing the limits of their respective worlds. Their common values—innovation, craftsmanship, and a drive for victory—will be at the forefront of this collaboration, reflecting the growing convergence of fashion, culture, entertainment, and sports.

For the first time, Louis Vuitton will have a constant trackside presence throughout the season, including prominent signage at races—an unprecedented move for the House. The Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk, a symbol of ultimate victory, will take center stage ahead of races and return to the podium to celebrate the champions.

This partnership takes a headline moment at the Formula 1® Louis Vuitton Australian Grand Prix 2025 in Melbourne, where Louis Vuitton will be the Title Partner. Present at key moments such as the opening ceremony and podium celebrations, the House will continue its legacy of crafting symbols of victory with the tagline:
“Victory travels in Louis Vuitton”.

Louis Vuitton’s connection to Formula 1® began with its collaboration with the Automobile Club de Monaco, where it created the Trophy Trunk for the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco™ between 2021 and 2024. Beyond motorsport, the Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunks stand as timeless emblems of triumph across the world’s most prestigious competitions, from the FIFA World Cup™ and Ballon d’Or® to the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 and the America’s Cup.

Each Formula 1® Trophy Trunk is meticulously crafted at Louis Vuitton’s historic Asnières atelier, where the House has been pioneering innovation in travel since the late 19th century. Continuing the legacy of Georges Vuitton—who foresaw the rise of the automobile in 1897—the House remains a symbol of movement, progress, and the art of winning.
