ANNA SUI

Anna Sui’s ‘Madcap Heiress’ collection is a love letter to the unapologetic extravagance of Barbara Hutton, Doris Duke, and Peggy Guggenheim—women who lived decadently and dressed with fearless individuality. Rich textures, playful prints, and lavish embellishments evoke a world where aristocratic elegance collides with bohemian irreverence. Tweed suiting meets leopard print, evoking an heiress who mixes her grandmother’s estate pieces with her latest artistic obsession. Plush furs drape over layered patterns, embodying the eccentricity of women who curated their lives like galleries. Jewel-toned velvets and metallic brocades whisper of opulent evenings spent collecting lovers and avant-garde art. With ‘Madcap Heiress’, Sui captures the essence of women who indulge their whims with both grandeur and defiance. It’s a celebration of a life lived luxuriously—and without inhibition.

ECKHAUS LATTA

Eckhaus Latta presented a collection that stripped away excess, offering pieces that felt both honest and essential. Structured wool coats opened the show, exuding quiet authority, while raw hems and exposed seams nodded to an appreciation of process over polish. The colour palette was restrained earth tones, deep navy, and flashes of silvers allowing texture and form to take centre stage.

ALTUZARRA

Altuzarra’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection is an exploration of contrast where refinement meets rawness and history is worn like armor. Moving away from grand narratives, the collection centers on a singular woman: bold, unapologetic, and unafraid to show her scars. Silhouettes nod to the 80s, with voluminous balloon pants, sculptural cowl necks, and dramatic outerwear double-faced wool coats with integrated scarves and shearling jackets punctuated with oversized pockets. Dresses play with transparency, from billowy chiffon to structured bodycon, balancing vulnerability with strength.
