PATTA RELEASES ITS S/S 25 COLLECTION
Patta’s Spring/Summer 2025 takes a step back and returns to its streets, and the stories they tell. Their new collection taps into this raw energy, putting together a story shaped by communal spaces and the nostalgia of summer nights. From the sun-soaked coasts of the Caribbean to the building blocks of urban playgrounds—parks, football fields, corner stores, and late-night gas stations—each piece echoes a story of movement, culture, and connection.
A dynamic color palette sets the mood: sun-faded hues of orange, lilac, and red balance against earthier shades of sand and brown. Camo reimagined in pinks, purples, and browns, alongside bold leopard prints, infuses the collection with an effortless edge. Fabrication plays a central role, with vintage-inspired tricot tracksuits, crochet stripes, and space-dye jacquard lending texture and dimension. Graphic elements—cartoon-style illustrations, spray-paint effects, and photo prints—nod to an era of DIY aesthetics and underground expression.
Silhouettes lean relaxed, combined with retro undertones. Standout pieces include the leopard-print boiler suit, soft-knit cardigans, and a pink waffle co-ord set. The womenswear offering only adds to the collection, featuring bodystockings, baby tees, cropped zip hoodies, skirts, and joggers—bridging attitude with ease.
Continuing its legacy of platforming artists who embody Patta’s spirit, the SS25 campaign video spotlights L.A.-based artist Sideshow. Born in Tigray, raised in the DMV, and now rooted in Los Angeles, his music is a reflection of global influences and lived experience. Shot in a raw, stripped-back aesthetic, the campaign captures the essence of the collection—authentic, unfiltered, and deeply embedded in the cultural codes of the streets.
The first drop of Patta SS25 launches Friday, February 7, via patta.nl, the Patta mobile app, and in-store at Patta chapter locations in Amsterdam, London, Milan, and Lagos.
