PRISCAVERA UNVEILS THEIR ITALIAN SUMMER-INSPIRED SS25 COLLECTION

As the Euro summer season in real life comes to an end, New York City-based brand PRISCAVera leaves you ready to repack your bags for next summer with their Spring Summer 25 collection. Inspired by the many facets of the activities encompassing a summer along the Amalfi coast, SS 25 creates a capsule, fitted with pieces for every summer-related event.
The essence of the summer holiday spirit, consisting of relaxed beachside lounging, celebrations through the early hours of the morning, and mid-afternoon trips to the market, is only complete with the matching wardrobe. For this collection, PRISCAVera thoughtfully takes us from arrival to dinner, starting the journey with tactfully comfortable sweats in a summer velvet fabrication complemented by standout colors from sunset orange to seafoam green. With a relaxed wide-leg fit on the pants and a double-stringed drawstring along the hoodie, PRISCAVera’s sets come off as effortless as the designers transition into evening wear pieces within the collection. Standing out in both material and silhouette, two floor-length dresses from SS25 whisk us away from day to night. Through the use of sequins, one captures a scene reflective of water reflecting light itself while the other captures the shimmer of the sunset dancing along the horizon in a luminous satin. For designer Prisca Vera Fanchetti, the natural elements of the oceanic landscape proved to be quite the source of contemplative inspiration.
As equally playful as beautiful, the spring-summer collection taps into the more kitschy moments of summer travels, taking their stab at denim and souvenir tees. Introducing waxed denim, Prisca (of PRISCAVera) brings to fruition a long-time effort of the brand with a shiny bright blue denim taking shape in straight-leg pants and mini skirt offerings. A PRISCAVera logoed surf shop tank touches on the playful nature of the summer holiday, even further reiterated within the collection, by a more playful than practical, woven cotton halter neck tennis dress. Honing in on the naturally slinky and sexy feel of the brand, a shimmery marine blue mesh appears in a series of silhouettes within the collection from a long sleeve v neck top to an aline mid-thigh skirt. To round out the must-have pieces to a summer capsule, PRISCAVera completes the collection with elevated pieces easily interchangeable amongst settings, from a striped cotton button down and pants set to a quilted beach scene mini dress.
With the Spring Summer 25 collection, PRISCAVera continues to elaborate on their effortless it-girl aesthetic by taking her to new heights through fresh combinations of color and material. Curating the, easier said than done, combination of comfortable and chic seems to be a lesson that designer Prisca Vera Fanchetti is decidedly making herself a pro at teaching.
