RIHANNA AND PUMA PRESENT THE NEW AVANTI LS

In 2025 Rihanna presented Avanti LS – light and minimal redesign of the original Avanti crafted in royal blue with delicate touches of gold. Inspired by the PUMA King football boot, as well as the Speedcat and the Mostro, the Avanti LS emphasis lies in the heel area, showcasing gum studs on the outsole that extend up the spine of the shoe. As a creative director of FENTY x PUMA, Rihanna’s design inspiration has always been rooted in soccer, and the new Avanti LS is no exception. 

Since 2015 Rihanna and PUMA launched several footwear and apparel collections, including the FENTY x PUMA Creeper, the FENTY x PUMA trainer, the FENTY x PUMA fur slide, and much more. Between 2016 and 2018 Rihanna presented FENTY x PUMA at Paris and New York Fashion Week, which served as a catalyst for PUMA’s impact on the past decade.

The original PUMA king football boot was born in 1968, and in 1998 Jil Sander launched their very first collaboration,  creating the Jil Sander King. The shoe served as a design inspiration of the Avanti, which was later established by PUMA in 2001.

Laid-back yet always chic, Rihanna has already been spotted sporting the Avanti LS at Giorgio Baldi and on the streets of New York City, turning heads and proving that the new Avanti LS are a must-have.
