SWISS DUO MERGE THE CITY LIFE AND SCIENCE WITH THE LAUNCH OF MOUSSSE SKINCARE

After months of whipping winds, shivering temperatures, and a deeply dehumidified skin barrier, thoughts of dewy and bouncy skin seem only but a dream. Top that off with a circulation of polluted air from the communal attempt to stay warm indoors, the combination of the two is truly a skin aficionado’s nightmare. However, my skin’s winter slumber may officially be over with a dream brought to fruition by a facial cream from the newly launched Swiss skincare line, Moussse. Founded by taking matters into their own hands, co-founders Hélène Chammas and Daniel Guttman introduce a line that targets city dwellers' skincare dilemmas.
Like many who love the rush of crowded sidewalks, recurrent sirens, and nearly everything at their fingertips, Hélène and Daniel found themselves residing in many of the world's largest cities. While city life laid the perfect backdrop to their story for Hélène, that backdrop came with the sacrifice of clear skin. Finding the pollution created by the daily production of city life to be the culprit, the long-time brand consultant for beauty brands such as L’Oréal, partnered with Daniel, a former beauty buyer for the likes of Net-a-Porter, to come up with a solution. After a three-year process, the duo has launched their resolution, aligning Swiss biotechnology with a skin barrier-boosting formulation.
Starting with a product easily considered essential by skin gurus, The Moisture Rush Cream has quenched the drought, enacted upon my skin by winter’s frigidness. A light and non-greasy formula, the Moisture Rush cream glides upon the skin with an impeccable slip that easily soaks into the dermis. Packaged with moisture-appealing ingredients such as Niacinamide, B5, and Squalene, a little goes a long way with this cream. Creating a dewy, water-drop-esque finish on the skin, the product enacts its barrier promise with a boost of antioxidants and Mousse Shield prebiotics to lock in moisture.
