TAG HEUER AND ORACLE RED BULL RACING JOINED FORCES FOR A MEMORABLE EVENT AHEAD OF THE DUTCH GRAND PRIX

Luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer celebrated its long-lasting partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing with a spectacular pre-race event in Amsterdam. In preparation for the upcoming Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort, an exclusive cocktail was held at the ‘Ode aan der Amstel’ venue, alongside Amsterdam’s picturesque canals. Oracle Red Bull Racing Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner was present, flashing his favorite TAG Heuer timepiece - the TAG Heuer Monza Flyback Chronometer.

This year marks the 20th racing season of Oracle Red Bull Racing in Formula One, an important date to remember. Since their beginning, the team has achieved extradorinaiy successes, including their first podium finish in Monaco in 2006, a historic victory in China in 2009, and multiple World Championships title in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2021, 2022, and 2023. This event was the perfect occasion to look back on all those achievements and dream about the future ones.

Welcoming guests to the event, Davide Lunghi, General Manager of TAG Heuer Central Europe, and Mark van Kinderen, CCO of Schaap en Citroen Jewelers, took to the stage to introduce the latest TAG Heuer smartwatch edition and acknowledge Christian Horner’s remarkable contributions to the world of motorsport.

Christian Horner made a memorable entrance to the venue, arriving in classic Amsterdam style aboard a canal boat, accompanied by the TAG Heuer x Oracle Red Bull Racing "Swimming Formula One Car" of Max Verstappen, which had earlier floated through the canals of Amsterdam as part of an eye-catching outdoor campaign. This extraordinary spectacle, originally introduced during the TAG Heuer boutique opening, highlighted the brand’s long-standing partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing.
