NXT MUSEUM LAUNCHES NEW EXHIBITION ‘STILL PROCESSING’

words by MARIE-PAULINE CESARI

We were lucky enough to experience the intimate press reveal of 'Still Processing,' a moment shared with fellow press, friends and the brilliant artists behind the exhibition.

Curated by Bogomir Doringer, this latest group exhibition at Nxt Museum explores the evolving relationship between humans and machines, questioning how technology reshapes perception and distorts meaning.

Featuring works by Boris Acket, Gabey Tjon a Tham, Lumus Instruments, and Rosa Menkman, alongside three newly commissioned pieces by Balfua, Children of the Light, and Geoffrey Lillemon, Still Processing invites visitors to navigate the space between machine and mind.

What we love most? The freedom! Still Processing unfolds without a fixed path, you can start anywhere, move in any order, and let your senses guide you. Some installations are soothing, others unsettling (Boris Acket’s Duration sent chills down our spine), and some, like ALL-TOGETHER-NOW by Children of the Light, hit unexpectedly deep, evoking pure emotion. This exhibition is a sensory experience in every way: light, sound, movement, and space intertwine, making each visit unique.

Our advice? Take your time, immerse yourself fully, and come back again (and again). On view until October 5, 2025. Don’t miss it!
