WECANDANCE 2025: DENIM DANCERS
WECANDANCE returns for its 12th edition during the long weekend of August 15, 16, and 17. Over three days, festival visitors will again be immersed in music, food, and fashion at the Zeebrugge Beach.

Under the creative guidance of Studio Dennis Vanderbroeck, the WECANDANCE team has chosen this year’s theme to be “Denim Dancers”. Visitors are challenged to creatively interpret their outfits in all its colours and facets. This summer, it’s not about trends on the beach — the festival has opted for a theme that transcends generations, styles, and subcultures.
Peggy Gou, an artist and producer, is the first name announced for the WECANDANCE 2025 lineup. Performing on Sunday, August 17, she returns to Zeebrugge after her 2019 set at the festival. This will be her only show in Belgium this year and her first Belgian appearance since 2023.
With six stages, WECANDANCE delivers an eclectic mix of sounds and communities. From international headliners to local talent, the full lineup combines electronic beats, trance, hardstyle, amapiano, hip-hop, house, techno, and even a touch of disco. This year, all 95+ artists will perform across the festival’s renowned stages — The Lighthouse, The Wave, Bloody Blue, and Ocean — alongside a brand-new stage: The Dune —an enclosed club-like space perfect for losing yourself in the music.
