DIOR PRESENTS THE BALL OF DREAMS STARRING ANYA TAYLOR-JOY

As Christmas draws nearer, so too do the celebrations. At the majestic Royal Opera in the castle of Versailles, the festive magic awaken at a grand ball held by Dior. Actress Anya Taylor-Joy stars in the middle of the iconic Sun King’s symbol, and as the curtain rises, the sparks begin to fly.

Dancers Hugo Marchand and Seo Yun are central in the campaign as they kick off the ball with an elegant back and forth. Their infectious energy swirls to the rest of the customed guests, who in a nod to Christian Dior wear extravagant masks created by Steven Jones. Beauty Ambassador Deva Cassel also features in the ball and shines bright in the gowns and colours of the Spring/Summer 2021 haute couture collection.

Though what is Christmas without its gifting? Revealed at the climax of the grand reception, luxury boxes patterned with royal motifs, designed for the occasion by Pietro Ruffo, spread among the guests. The scents of iconic perfumes, such as J’Adore, Miss Dior, and Sauvage, whift through the air, and the various makeup looks shimmer among the firework display. The dreamy ball is further heightened by La Collection Privée Christian Dior fragrances.
