SKYSHOWTIME REVEALS ‘THE DAY OF THE JACKAL’ FEATURING EDDIE REDMAYNE AND LASHANA LYNCH

SkyShowtime has just revealed a trailer for its latest original series, ‘The Day of the Jackal,’ featuring Academy-Award winner Eddie Redmayne and BAFTA-winning Lashana Lynch in the mainroles. Supporting the two, La Casa de Papel breakout actress Úrsula Corberó stars as well.

The series is a modern interpretation of the eponymous 1973 classic movie and follows an infamous hitman, played by Redmayne. But when he comes in contact with a sharp British officer, acted out by Lynch, he appears to have met his match. With Lynch opening the hunt on Redmayne, and Corberó playing an important woman in his life, a cat-and-mouse game unfolds throughout Europe.

The ten-part series premieres exclusively on SkyShowtime starting December 6th.
